Shalom Abraham (1st Batch 2006)

By God’s grace, I got saved from Hindu background and God called me for His ministry. At that time God helped me to join Sharon Pastoral Seminary for biblical studies. I could learn biblical truths and many theological facts which was a great blessing to me. Especially, bible reading subject was a challenging to me because according given time table, we have to read 40 chapters per day and in a month we have to complete the whole Bible. I read Bible many times and our prayer time everyday was a great experience. Our leaders in the college set an example to us as they too involved in all these activities. Our founder was a great prayer warrior and taught all things by example.

I learnt punctuality, discipleship and godly nature through our leaders. If I can put all in one word, the study in the SPS was the foundation for my spiritual growth with God’s help and providence. I could study without much expense with much qualified teachers and I thank God for such opportunity I had in SPS. God blessed me and my pastoral ministry through SPS. I would be ever grateful to SPS for this life time experience.

Gracepal (9th Batch 2013)

God enabled me to join Sharon Pastoral Seminary and I thank God for his grace. I accepted Christ as my personal Savior at a very young age and I had a desire to go to Bible College. However I could not go due to different situations. I was married and had two daughters but still I continued praying to study in the Bible College. God helped me to join SPS College and study. I was afraid about scoring good marks because I was not educated enough and I do not have much knowledge so I started thinking that how would I complete my education. But I am really grateful for God, He gave me his knowledge and helped me in studies.

In SPS God blessed me with spiritual motivation and I became more jealous for God’s ministry. God revealed many secrets in the Bible and spiritual ethics. Our leader’s sacrifice, his hard work, zeal to educate pastors and his love for the ministry moved my heart to love God and preach the gospel. The struggles our leaders took to teach us to do ministry according to God’s words made me feel the love of God. Our leaders practically showed Pastors God’s love. May God generously bless them and their family and SPS .AMEN
