Master of Divinity (M. Div)
The Master of Divinity (M. Div) degree is for those who are looking to train for Christian Ministry and cultivate their leadership skills to expand their ministry skills through various ways. The degree provides better knowledge in biblical and theological foundation of scripture. It also enables the students to fulfill his/her call as a pastor, minister, counselor, and preacher, worship leader and serve in the leadership position in churches, par-churches, organizations, Bible Colleges and in other various Christian missions.
This is a ministry oriented course specially offered to pastors and other full time ministers. It helps the students to carry on their ministry along with their studies. It enables the students to fulfill his/her call as a pastor, minister, counselor, and preacher, and serve in the leadership position in churches, par-churches and in other various Christian missions.
Master of Ministry degree can be obtained under four regulations. A person who fulfills anyone of the following requirements would be eligible to receive the Master degree in Christian Ministry.
Bachelor of Theology (B. Th.)
The Bachelor degree is for those who feel the call of God for Christian Ministry and service. This course offers the foundational Christian theological studies with the basic biblical and theological knowledge. The degree equips students with the knowledge of Christian faith and helps them to develop skills for practical ministry with spiritual discipline and necessity leadership skills.
This is a 3 years course and the candidates must have their PUC or 12th standard. Those who have completed two years of any theological or other two years courses can also apply. With 10th pass and matured candidates with more than 6 years experience with church ministry also can apply. However, seminary decision is the final.
Bachelor of Ministry (B. Min)
This degree is designed exclusively for those who are in the full time ministry as Pastors, evangelists and lay leaders in the churches and Christian mission work. This degree will offer Biblical and theological knowledge and leadership skills for the Christian ministry.
Bachelor of Ministry degree can be obtained under four regulations. A person who fulfills anyone of the following requirements would be eligible to receive the Bachelor degree in Christian Ministry.
Diploma in Theology/Ministry
Dip. Th / Dip. Min.
These degrees are for those who need basic theological knowledge for Christian Ministry and for those who want to pursue higher theological studies. This is also for those who want to serve in the church as part time ministers.
Diploma degree can be obtained under three regulations. A person who fulfills anyone of the following requirements would be eligible to receive the Diploma in Christian Ministry.
Certificate in Ministry
(C. Th. / C. Min)
A person who has a commitment for Christian Ministry and fulfills requirement by attending the classes and have more than 70% attendance in all four semester would be eligible to receive the Certificate in Theology/Ministry.
